All their printers are calibrated in a weekly basis. They are running on original Adobe postscript level 3. Furthermore, these printers are SWOP, euroscale, Japan Standard V2, Toyo and Pantone licensed and certified. The output is directed from your files but as Colodoc is not the developer for the application or system you are using, they cannot control, alter or be liable for the way the application handles and prints color. What they can do is to ensure that their printers are actively calibrated.
